We would like to extend a huge congratulations to our apprentice chef Lara, who has worked incredibly hard as part of our team,
and is now a fully qualified, professional chef, Level 3!
She served up the winning dish (fish three ways – for 40 covers) at Trafford College Catering School last week, and impressed all the judges, including Aiden! We were absolutely blown away by the dishes she cooked, and are so proud to have her on the Church Green team.
Watch this space, we’re sure to see some fantastic things from Lara in the near future!
