Why has The Church Green closed earlier than planned?
Due to unforeseen circumstances involving senior operations, we have made the difficult decision to close ahead of the previously communicated date of 4th July.

What happens to my existing booking?
Unfortunately, all future bookings have been cancelled. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Will I receive a refund for my voucher?
Yes—all valid vouchers will be fully refunded. We’re processing these as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

Can I speak to someone by phone?
Our phone lines are no longer managed, so we kindly ask that you do not leave voicemails.

Is it possible to visit the site in person for help?
The site is now closed and no longer staffed—so if you do visit, please be aware that there may be no one available to assist.

How do I get in touch with a query?

Can I still make a new reservation or buy vouchers?
Bookings and voucher sales have been suspended. We are no longer accepting new reservations.
